A couple of Sunday's ago we were invited to Nathan's cousin's house in Kitchener for a family gathering. As usual Sarah (Nathan's cousin) put on a feast. She is a fantastic cook and host and it is such a treat to visit her home and eat a amazing meal as a family. Unfortunately due to every one's busy lives we only tend to get together once a year to catch up and reunite as a family. Due to some illness in the family last year we didn't get a chance to get together so this was the first time our family in Kitchener got to meet Ethan.

I was looking back at some pictures the other day of the last time we visited our extended family in Kitchener and it is really crazy to realize how much things have changed since last visit. Two years ago we lived on a farm, had no children and just got our new puppy Miles. In fact it was on our way to Brian and Sarah's that we picked up our dog Miles at a breeders near Kitchener...I remember being very excited to have a new pup and it was fun to show everyone Miles when we got to Sarah's...Now (2 years later) Miles is full grown, I have a toddler and another baby on the way...On top of that we have moved back to the city. Wow it is crazy how much of a difference 2 years can make.
