Today I thank my children for the special gift of motherhood

There is no one perfect way to be a good mother.

Each situation is unique.

Each mother has different challenges,

different skills and abilities, and

certainly different children.



There is something iincomprehensibly sweet

In your trusting eyes,

your tiny little fingers

and your precious movements

That melts my heart and allows me to experience pure joy

over and over again...

Thank you for teaching me to be

more patient, more giving,

more loving, less selfish

and truly genuine...

I couldn't learn this without you!

Even though you cannot tell me yet...

Through your stares, coos, smiles and laughter

You are saying...
"Good job mom...Way to go

I love you too"
